These terms and conditions govern your participation in Scorpion Motorsport’s promotional giveaway. By entering the giveaway, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set by Scorpion Motorsport and are bound to all matters related to the giveaway.

 

Promoter

This giveaway is hosted by Scorpion Motorsport and affiliated with Stylin Rides and StuntKuntz. The giveaway is not sponsored, affiliated, endorsed or associated with Shark Helmets or social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or any other platform that the giveaway is shared or viewed.

 

Eligibility

- Open to South African Residents Only.

- Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

-  Employees, affiliates, directors, immediate family members of Scorpion Motorsport and associates of any promoter or advertising agency are not eligible to participate.

 

How to enter

·  STEP 1 - Follow @scorpionmotorsport @stylinrides & @stunt_kuntz on Instagram.

· STEP 2 - Purchase an Official Scorpion
Motorsport Sticker from our online store, or spend R1000 or more online between 25th April 2025 to 25th May 2025.

Each sticker purchased is 1 entry.

Every R1000 spent = 2 entries.

· STEP 3 - Tag 3 friends in the comment section of our giveaway post on Scorpion Motorsport’s Instagram page & share the post to your story.

·  Customers who spend R1000 or more on Scorpion Motorsport’s website during the giveaway period, via online checkout or via quote will be eligible for 2 Entries for every R1000 spent.

· Multiple entries by the same person are allowed.

There will be free entries in the form of "treasure hunts" throughout the course of the giveaway. Each found sticker posted to social media tagging us in your story is 1 entry. You can only aquire 1 entry for each hidden sticker found. Your username on Instagram will be input as your "order number" for the giveaway. Late entries as stipulated by the times given on social media will not be eligible.

 

 

Entry Period

The giveaway begins on 25th April 2025 and ends on 25th May 2025. Scorpion Motorsport reserves the right to extend
or shorten this period. Participants will be notified via either social media or email. Late Entries will not be eligible.

 

The Prize

·  A  Shark Spartan RS Shaytan Helmet (Matte KRA colour scheme) with a red iridium visor AND a Custom Sticker kit / SBK wrap voucher from Stylin Rides for a combined total of over R13 000.

· Delivery of the helmet will be free within South Africa, or can be collected in person at our Cape Town address.

·  The sticker kit voucher is redeemable with Stylin Rides in Alberton, Johannesburg and can be custom made for any on-road, off-road, adventure or quad bike. Shipping will be free for the kit, or application can be done with Stylin Rides or Scorpion Motorsport if needed.

· The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative except helmet size adjustment.

 

Winner Selection

· One winner will be chosen, entries will be input into random selection software as their order number and broadcast live on our Instagram page on Wednesday 28th May 2025 at 7pm.

·   Orders with multiple entries including special entries will have their order number input into the software as many times as there are valid entries.

· The winner will be contacted via provided details to claim their prize, if unclaimed within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.

Publicity

The winner of the giveaway agrees to participate in promotional activities including, but not limited to social media posts and photo / video shoots without additional compensation. All participants who partake in the draw accept consent for any content revealing their identity.

Limitation of Liability

Scorpion Motorsport, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective directors, employees, agents and associates shall not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury caused by or resulting from participation or prize acceptance. Scorpion Motorsport reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the giveaway if any technical failures, fraud or other factors beyond its control impair the proper functioning and integrity of the giveaway.

Governing-Law                                                                             

This giveaway is governed by South African Law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.

If you do not agree to any provisions of these terms and conditions, you may not participate.
